“We hope that Father Diep will be canonized soon”
I was born and raised in California. Since a youth, I learned about many Saints and their mysteries (miracles) from the Catholic Church.
But what truly attracted me to Father Truong Buu Diep were stories that I heard from very close friends of mine.
My friends are Buddhists. The husband (Tony) told me about his wife Kim, who suffered terrible pain in her arms, while Tony had swollen wrists that had been treated for a long time by physicians, to no effect.
Then someone suggested to them that they go pray to Father Truong Buu Diep at the Truong Buu Diep Foundation (TBDF). Because they are Buddhists, my friends clasp their hands, then placed a bottle of blessed water on a bible at the seated statue of Father Diep, and begin to pray to Father Diep for their health.
Tony told me that later that night, Father Diep appeared to him in his dream. He retells: Father wore a dark cloak resembling the cloak that his statue adorns.
Then Father Diep came into his house, appearing next to him and speaking of his wife’s pain in her arm. Then he took hold of Tony’s arm. Although it was a dream, the pain that he felt that night was very real. The next morning his pain was gone, it was normal, no swelling, no red mark. His wrist was able to flex and move wonderfully. He asked his wife about her arm, to which she replied: “I don’t know what happened but my pain is gone, completely gone!”
This occurrence caused Kim and Tony to go back to Father Diep’s Foundation. This time, they asked that Father Diep bless them with good fortune so that they could purchase an eatery in their neighborhood so that they could make a living and raise their children in good schools. At that time, their children were getting C grades in their classes. They were blessed with good results and were able to buy an eatery for the bargain price of $39,000, with only $2,000 monthly rent. They were able to open up shop and do business, they had many customers come in every day. And their son was accepted to UCLA, to their happy surprise!
After hearing of their story, I found my way to Father Diep Foundation. I learned about Father Diep and most importantly, I can feel his presence: He is an extraordinary person with an extraordinary life that is beyond belief. So we should tell his story to as many people as possible so that they would respect him. Today I came here with my wife, my wife is from Thailand and is of the Buddhist faith. I taught my wife how to pray to Father Diep, because he is truly amazing and we can share each other’s faith and receive the wonderful blessings of Faith.
The Truong Buu Diep Foundation is doing good work that is not only good for Catholics but for everyone because Father Diep blesses everyone no matter what their religion may be. That is why when I hear the stories that Tony and Kim told me, I wanted to share it with everyone. I believe that the Truong Buu Diep Foundation is a place that everyone can come to pray, it is a wonderful place for people to come and commute with Father Diep, to pray to him and to share with him their most private hopes and dreams.
I believe that sooner or later Father Diep will be Canonized. We will hope that he will be Canonized. I strongly believe that Father Diep has been charged with a mission by God to perform miracles of healing to help many, many people. Since I learned of Father Diep, I feel like he is always beside me, in my hour of triumph as well as
in my hour of need, always comforting and encouraging me. I only wished that I knew of Father Diep sooner!
