“Father Diep saved me from cancer”

June 2015, at a hair salon, I heard my wife talk about my cancer to the cosmetologist who advised her to go pray to Father Truong Buu Diep at his Foundation on Euclid in the city of Garden Grove. To plead with Father Diep for a cure. At that time, my cancer was very severe, it had metastasized. There were tumors swelling up all over my body, some as big as a fist, right on my abdomen, causing me tremendous pain. I also had other tumors in the back of my neck and behind my right ear there were other smaller tumors. The doctors required that I go through 8 different chemotherapy sessions.
My family are not Catholics so we did not know about Father Diep. That is why when my wife heard about Father Diep, she was not very impressed, she only took mental note that she will go to his Foundation when she had a chance.
Not long after, when we were traveling on Euclid on our way to other businesses, we noticed a sign that read “Truong Buu Diep Foundation”. It was already dark by then and we wanted to find a restaurant to eat at before going home but when we saw the Father Diep Foundation sign, we decided that we didn’t need to eat but should go in to pray to Father Diep instead.
Although it was already late, the lady and gentleman at Father Diep Foundation gladly greeted us and invited us inside. The first time I encountered Father Diep, I was impressed with his kind and gentle countenance, from the compassionate sine in his eyes, to his simple dress, I felt a calmness overcoming me… I took his had and placed it over the tumor on my abdomen, on my neck, behind my ear… and then I said to Father Diep: Dear Father, my cancer is so advanced now, it has metastasized all over my body, dear Father please cure me of my disease. I also asked for holy water from Father Diep’s Foundation. I brought it home to drink and to pray each time I drank. Because I do not know how to pray the rosary, I only turned my face to heaven to pray to Father Diep for his blessing only.
After many treatment sessions, new tests showed that the tumors on my body had disappeared, including the biggest tumor on my abdomen. My wife and I believe that it was due to Father Diep’s love and compassion that had cured me of my disease. We went back to Father Diep’s Foundation to bear witness for his miraculous cure. Now, every time when I meet someone who is in trouble or sick, I tell them about the blessings that Father Diep had bestowed upon me and tell them to go pray to Father Diep.
