”When I pray, my pain goes away immediately”

Mrs. Nguyen, Su:  About one month ago, my husband went to the market and brought a purse with him with all sorts of important documents and money, and he lost it.  We are only two elderly people living with each other.  He came home and cried to me, but I did not know what to do.  The money is gone, what can we do, and there was no way for us to recover the important documents, especially since we live in a huge city like New York.  I could not think of what else to do so I prayed to Father Diep:  “Dear Father, please take pity upon me and my husband, we are so lonely and isolated, please cause whoever took our documents to bring them back and return to us, as for the money, they can use some but please return some to us.”

I also promised Father Diep that if we recovered the purse, we will fly to California to give thanks to Father Diep and to be a witness to him.  The next morning, some one brought a purse to my son’s house and return it there because that was our former address that was in the purse.  Two days later they brought all the money back and returned it without a single dollar missing.  That is an amazing event that I could not describe fully.  I was so moved.  I wanted to buy a plane ticket to California the very next day but my son intervened and said that if I buy a plane ticket to travel right away that it would be very expensive.  So I waited to today one month from the day when I received Father Diep’s blessing.  I am afflicted with many illnesses, I had been through several heart bypass surgery.  Last April, I had a heart operation again.  They prescribed very strong medicine for me to take and I thought that I was going to die because I could not breathe for several hours from 9am onwards.  My husband took out Father Diep’s picture right away and prayed for me, and helped me sit up so I can breathe again.  We kept praying until 7pm that night when I started feeling better and then recovered fully as if I was never ill.  I thank Father Diep.

Mr. Dang, Mai:  I have only heard of Father Diep recently.  Yet he grants me all my prayers.  I have migraine headaches localized on the right side of my head for some 40 years now.  The migraines start in the evening, lasting 10 minutes each bouts and I suffer about 10 bouts a night.  I could not sleep at all.  During the last 40 years, I had treated with some 12 different doctors, and gone through all sorts of CT head scans yet none of the physicians were able to cure me. I started praying to God in earnest (because at that time I had not known of Father Diep), and God helped alleviate my condition for about 4 years now.  For the last month, I’ve had a relapse but this time the migraine was to the left side of my head.  Someone gave to me a bottle of blessed water from Father Diep’s Foundation.  When I had severe bouts of migraines, I was about to call for an ambulance but then I tried to bear it and I take out Father Diep’s picture and place on my head to pray. About one minute later, the migraines went away.  Strangely, when I have my migranes but didn’t pray, the migraines lasted a terrible long time.  And even if it went away temporarily, it would return even more intensely shortly thereafter.  But if I prayed, the migraines went away after a few minutes.  It happened like that to me many times.

Mrs. Nguyen, Su:  I only learned of Father Diep’s holiness last year and about his blessings on Youtube.  I watch again and again and then I call to Father Truong Buu Diep Foundation at the phone number appearing on the Youtube clips. The Foundation sent me pictures of Father Diep which I distributed to my five children, two sons and three daughters. They were so happy. I also asked for prayer books written in English so I could share with my American friends. I gave one to an American priest. When I pray to Father Diep, I surrender everything to him because we can never know what will happene to us.

Mr. Dang, Mai:  I have a friend who comes from my hometown, she is bedridden due to a stroke.  We did not know of her hospitalization until two days later.  Because she could not eat or drink anything so I only brought a picture of Father Diep to her as a present. Once at the hospital, I placed Father Diep’s picture on her head and prayed for her.  Now she is healthy again, she can stand and walk like a normal person.  We fly from the East coast to here so that we can give thanks and testimony to Father Diep.  I advise everyone that when troubles befall them that they believe and pray to Father Diep, he will find a way to help them.  “Blessed are those who do not see, yet believe”, and seeing is believing.
